I don't think so, but this is a guess, because it's all up to the contracts: If Schneider bought the MMP license, they might have bought a license only for a certain industry - APC might have purchased a license for a different industry.

But what's more interesting, is the fact, that a licensing company can be another license partner with one of its subsidaries.
