I contiue to see it as a way to delay things in order to give the USPTO more time to come up with their investigation/ruling. I did find that Anthony H Son is an attorney and works for Foley Law. That name did not ring a bell with me. Anyway, I agree that one or more of them could have reached an agreement.  GL, ads
