is that the report has to of been filed ,so that leads me to believe that your friend at the court might not be in the loop and does not have access,or was told if you leak out any info you will be delt with.
I can not see them not sticking to the time lines  at this point in the game....maybe JW has a lid on it till the settlement terms are signed sealed and delivered to him, knowing how this info will affect the SP with all concerned they might be taking extra measures to keep things under the radar JMO.
