Outcome. Within five days of the mediation conference, the mediator must file a report indicating whether all required parties were present and whether the case settled, was continued with the consent of the parties, or was declared at an impasse by the mediator. If the parties reach settlement, lead counsel must notify the court by filing a settlement agreement signed by the parties and the mediator within ten days of the mediation conference.
My guess is that the mediator, Judge Faulkner, filed a report. The report was not released to the public.
Lets hope that a report will be filed and released on the tenth day (business days???) from the conference ending. If it was continued, it may still be going on right now. Maybe they don't even take a break to go to church lol. The wording in this reminds me of the joke when a scientist, a mathematician and a lawyer were asked what did 1+1=. The math guy said exactly 2, the scientist said a finite point between 1.999infinity to 2.00infinity1 and the lawyer said what do you want it to =. This is painful but better than impasse.
See you on Monday! This may take the rest of the month or longer or not. it is whatever they decide. Thanks for the excellent posts.
