Please do scrutinize my posts, and comment!  Please!  I don't post just to "hear myself talk", but with the usual intent of prompting thought and discussion.  One of my biggest irritations with this board is that I'll post a thought that I think is provocative and should prompt discussion, and it seemingly falls on deaf ears.  I actually believe people read the posts, but do not respond.   While I could find that somehow gratifying (i.e., everyone must agree with me!), I find it frustrating.  Give me an argument!  Test my thoughts!  For me, yourself and everyone!  This is a primary purpose for me in being here.  First purpose is to get news, DD and insights of others; second is the test my little theories (which fall from the news, DD and insights of others).  When I get no response to a post, my little theory goes untested.  All I ask is that the response be based on some reasonably sound reasoning, which is explained.
