Here is a statement from the updated mediation rules:

"(f) MEDIATION REPORT. Within five (5) days following the conclusion
of the mediation conference, the mediator shall electronically file the
mediation report with the court using the CM/ECF filing system. The report shall indicate whether all required parties were present, whether the case settled, was continued with the consent of the parties, or whether the mediator declared an impasse".

Is it possible that the words "following the conclusion" are effecting the filing of the Pacer?
