I have to take exception with your "Way more often than not.".  Absolutely untrue, IMO.  You may notice it some times - and make note of it.  But all the times it doesn't happen, do you take note of those? 

Example: has the PTSC PPS jumped before any of our license announcements, ever?  I don't recall a single time.  23 examples, and not once.  And how many people knew before it was announced?  How many departments in all those companies were involved?  Legal, Patents and Licensing, Finance, the executive offices (approval authorities); key people and their support staff.  That's the minimum, then throw in all the exgineering staff that were tapped for input as to whether the patents were valid/being infringed.  Easily 10-50 people in each of those companies was privy before the announcment, and no leaks affecting PTSC trading to any noticeable degree.  Heck, even the announcements didn't change the PPS to any significant degree!  LOL
