anything can happen in court.  He stated it often and I believe him based solely on the current happens or, rather the NOT happens.

We don't KNOW much, but we do believe some level of settlement is closer than it was a few weeks ago. 

I do believe it should be stated that no matter what happens, PTSC still owns some serious patents and continues to sign up license deals.  Past that, PTSC looks good going into the final days, weeks, months.  It is hard not to believe a settlement is close, but, to steal a line, anything can happen in court.
