Unless Shaw and Hamilton have confessed to "fraud" I don't think that Shaw stating he didn't think the patents worked during the 1995-2000 period hold water.
As dococpsy posted, Shaw was referring to the ocillating ring not working in the Nanotronics chips. While during that very period we can PROVE that the ring WAS WORKING very well for not only many of the 24 that have ALREADY signed a license agreement, but for ALL of the DEFENDANTS TOO.
If all the defense has is a he said she said, I'm not too worried.
Here say and specualtion won't hold water. All in my humble opinion.
