Unfortunately, this call did not result in new information. The woman who called me wasn't anyone that I had spoken to earlier today. She asked me who I was, why I wanted information and if I was a reporter. I told her I was a little old house wife from CA who happened to be an investor and was interested in procedures.

She replied that she was not at liberty to discuss the case as it was confidential. I told her I was not interested in the substance of the negotiations but rather, I was interested in learning more about the procedures. I read her the paragraph from the Court Annexed Mediation plan pertaining to the report. She referred me back to Judge Ward and suggested that I call his office in the AM.

So much for the JAMS website encouraging inquiring minds.
