Given the joint motion for an expedited ruling on Shaw(et al?), it would appear that the case was adjourned for further mediation(continuation)subject to the ruling. If the precedent from the 9th Circuit is followed it will be a boost for TPL. In the unlikely event that it is not followed expect an immediate appeal by the Plaintiffs - there goes the schedule.
