I am guessing that TPL is still giving liscences away cheap until the litigation is settled with the J's.
I believe the USPTO is still waiting to see what happens with liscence signings and current litigation before making a decision on the 336. It would be helpful if it was the other way around (especially in our favor).
What a coincidence that the PTO reported back on the 584 right after the Markman ruling against us.
My frustatration is that people are getting in on ptsc at better prices than I paid pre-Markman. I thought the Markman hearing was the biggest hurdle. It seems that it is always an all or nothing.
Part of me wants this to go to trial. This will avoid the same senario when we take on our next biggest infringers for large amounts of money.
I am feeling positive and would not sell a single share. Hopefully, the majority of shareholders will feel the same way and force the buyers to keep/start paying more for Patriot.
