I am just back for a minute......excellent posts in my opinion after kind of a crappy day.

I think now is the time to be zeroing in on this and it should be a major area of discussion at SHM. There are many real plusses to getting the ball roling in something that Jim, Nick and Cliff can effectively oversee.

Our BOD have many connections if the acquiree has good products to market. We don't need to wait. We have 3 high priced employees who are (I'm sure working day and night to find one) adding nothing to the bottem line at present. There is no need to panic but we have got to show some real bang for the bucks we are expending for the very talented cadre we have manning the board.

TPL should have no say or objection to our expansion as that is what our mission says we will do. Its time to get with it and use the clever methods of our new CFO to get this ball roling. Corrections welcome. I am gone for the night but will be anxious to see other comments on this critically important decision.
