IMO every day that passes without settlement will shake loose weak shares.  No settlement after Markman.. some bailed..  No settlement after Mediation.. some bailed.  The more days pass with no settlement.. more will bail.. the closer we get to an actual trial.. even more will bail..  those with weak stomachs will get themselves out... it's just the nature of the beast..

Probably regardless of what BOD does at this point in time..
