Your "representative" speaks for you, not to you. THINK

Well, a representative should "speak" and listen to whoever he is respresenting in order to represent them properly. Is it against any rule for your State Rep. to speak with you so that he or she can find out what your position is on a specific issue? Do State Reps typically speak with their constituents? Of course they do!
