Thanks CEO. Everything is being put out on schedule. Impressive. This is a small cap corporation on the move.

Acquisition is the name of the game, yet we on this board have not come up with any ideas on this critical, in depth topic. I would like to put the dynamic trio T,T & F as well as the legal expertise of David Pohl to work overseeing the operation of a sound acquisition.

"We have been evaluating investment alternatives that will provide Patriot with attractive returns apart from the licensing business," Turley said. "Although many interesting opportunities have been uncovered to date, we are being highly selective in choosing candidates that we believe provide a good fit within Patriot coupled with prospects for significant growth. The recent addition of Nick Tredennick to our board of directors and the appointment of Cliff Flowers as CFO have provided additional resources in the furtherance of this effort," Turley added.

These are the key ideas that should be discussed in depth on this board. This is what our CEO is looking at and considering. Lets help put them to work by providing ideas for them to consider. Someone at PTSC is reading, not necessarily reacting but reading what is being stated here.

"Three additional licenses were signed in the month of September and are not reflected in the results of the first fiscal quarter."

Funding is still an issue. Even though we have $40 million in the bank, funding will be needed to make an acquisition. Toxic funding is not needed. Guess what? We have a new CFO that knows how to do this. I am sure Mr. Flowers has performed this task time and again. Furthermore, they need to pick a company that they can see is a growth area in technology that they can have a positive impact on.

To get things started I have a stock which has done poorly(is a piece of crap at present), CTT, Competitive Technologies that has great potential. John Nano is the CEO, which he took over by shareholder revolt, and they have undergone cataclysmic change in the past 2 years. Their underlying product and company are interesting. OK, probably not a good fit?

If you have ideas put them out here so that we can discuss. I know you have ideas on this and this is worth exploring. It will also help energize your own mind on tech stocks in general. All aspects of acquisition need to be considered. you may have the best idea on this board. I want to read about it.
