Oct 5 - pacer (see Wolf's posting)

NEC requests courts permission for expedited briefing and resolution of its opposed motion challenging plaintiff's ACP designation of Shaw.

Issues presented in that motion and the use of the Shaw deposition will impact depositions that are currently scheduled including the deposition of Drew Hamilton which is scheduled for Nov. 1

Oct 11. - pacer Order- agreed motion to expedite briefing.

TPL/PTSC had more than one day to prepare for this. Actually, in my opinion they have been preparing at least since Oct. 5
