Nutshell... IMO... If the litigation goes well, there will be ten times the money PTSC has seen for M&A&Growth (with little or no S&L control) .. if the litigation doesn't go well, did tcr think the share price would have been salvagable with the $60 mil banked & S&L holding all their warrants?... does he think the price would have risen with a neg outcome? What would S&L have done with their warrants then?

IMO S&L were paid off to get out.. or they wanted to hedge their bet & dumped their warrants, taking a bird in the hand.. Probably a combination of both.. Either way, they are basically gone.. C Johnson's time on the BOD is probably limited.. and their hold over PTSC has been greatly reduced.

Has it been handled perfectly.. far from it.. but it is what it is, and the warrants are GONE

The only thing that really matters is the outcome of this litigation
