Is anyone wondering why a request for expediting Shaw and not Higgins?   My guess is that the motion to expedite Higgins would not have been an agreed motion.  Don't think defendants are in a hurry for that one.  I'm also guessing that motions that are one sided are bit more difficult for the court to agree to than when a motion is agreed to by both sides.  I'm thinking that this is the Js best, perhaps only, shot.  They know it and TPl knows it.  IMHO Opty
