To respond to your question, if the Js get an MMP license, would ARM be off the hook as far as reimbursing the Js? I certainly would imagine so. Can't think of any reason why they wouldn't. But doesn't offering an MMP license in settlement fly in the face of TPL's motion to dismiss w/o predujice? How do they get their pound of flesh? Opty
