Does anyone else find it extremely misleading that when JT issued his statement in re PTSC valuation in conjunction with dissemination of the recent stock purchases that he failed toinform about the tax liability.

The note mentionesd the value of cash and equivalents and the absence

of debt.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if I owe the govt nearly 8 million dollars

does that mean that I have "no debt" even if it is not classified debt in a balance sheet sort of way. I still find it egregious to have misinfomred the public that over one third of the cash on hand

is already spoken for as it is owed to Uncle Sam.
