It's important to remove the rose colored glasses in realistically evaluating a deal. While one can easily see the benefits from one side of the deal, it must be equally beneficial to the other side or no deal is made. Until we actually have cash and or a large credit line, no really good deals can be structured. Prior to the announcement of an acquisition, we must first either get a large cash settlement that is not appealed, or a large credit line. Until then, why would a seller make a deal with us? I guess what I'm trying to say is lets not get the cart before the horse. The acquisition is a ways off. Let us get the cash first . I live 20 minutes south of La Costa and will attend the SHM.
