I just hate to be disappionted one more time.
Of course, this is your choice.
However, a CEO of 4 months has killed the warrants, begun a PR campaign to get a little notice on Wall Street, and clearly stated he is overseeing potential M & A decision(s).
For me, that's not so bad for a speculative penny stock....Oh, did you hear that we are in a law suit? That might have something to do with the current pps, but nothing to do with the current CEO. That ball is in another court, not ours. We are the peanut gallery as far as The Eastern District of Texas court system is concerned.
BTW, MOST speculative penny stocks fail. If you own any of those that are failing, that's disappointing, IMO.
