If ptsc got money the shareholders should be told how much the deal is worth.And the investment comunity also. The only thing that will help Ptsc is the fact that AMD (says) its going to use ptsc products and AMD is a house hold name just like Intel. SO the next time Ptsc does a deal with somebody it best disclose the facts of the deal or the SEC might won`t to know why. Full disclosure is the name of the game. not hide and go seek we have had enough of that.
