We are trying to acquire a company to help grow an income stream for PTSC's future. We currently only have about 10 million dollars after paying taxes,and most of that will be needed to fund our own company.  The amount of money we will be able to borrow and the rate we will pay will be effected by our current worth, not our worth if this happens or that happensnext month or next year.  Also, sometimes the purchase is made with  a stock exchange. Wouldn't it be better if we were using our stock at $1.00 a share rather then at $0.45 a share? Maybe we will have to give warrants. Wouldn't you rather give 1/2 the amount for the same purchase?  Think about it. Share price is exstremely important . All IMHO of course. Good luck to all longs and see ya at the SHM.  Doc
