PTSC has absolutely no say in:

a) The frequency of licensing contracts

b) The amount, or rate of licensing contracts

You have to know what you own. We have absolutely no say, what so ever, in any negoiations. The only thing we control is how to spend our money. It is frustrating,  you can only control, what you can control. I think it was Dan Lectrone who made that statement to which you refer.
