One point that needs to be made is that PTSC`s 3rd quarter does not end until the end of this month and therefore we will not have the 10-Q until roughly the 2nd week of April. I would love to see what todays agreement entails. The volatility between now and then with everything that is going on could be enormous. Now if Judge Fogel sides with us, things may get very interesting between the two titans. If our infringement claims are valid and strong, this will be one incredible story.
