Yes. 06 run to $2.

This of course, is easy for me to say now, in retrospect.

My rationale for this, as I too was around back then, was that  it appeared that when tpl/ptsc combined their effort that the MMP was not only valid but could and had stood up to scrutiny by the biggest guys in tech and it was a clear win for everyone. Fish gained 7/9 million to ensure we were safe with the patent portfolio that PTSC controlled. As I recall in the words of David Pohl, PTSC had hopes of getting on a major exchange, umbrella concept/holding company, and significant cash/revenue was imminent.

This was false information, not criminally false, but nevertheless false. I was unaware of the impact the warrants would create, the impact of USPTO, the millions of shares added that created lower EPS, and the tremendous impact of the trial. What appeared to be a slam dunk was not what it appeared.

To my way of thinking, this dramatic jump was based on incomplete information to the shareholder, thus false information. There may have been good reasons for this happening but I was not aware of them when I bought at .5 and .7 and .8 and 1.3 and 1.5 and 1.8.

With a win at trial, and PTO favorable ruling, I am confident that $5 is a fair price immediately. All of the false information has been dregged out by this board as well as the company itself.

BaNosser, it is great to hear from you . It is a gry sky here in KY today. I remember when I was assigned to the 9th Infantry Division (light) at Ft. Lewis and would go to Seattle to the Edgewater Inn ( All the  Alder Smoked Salmon you could eat, and the Fish Market, Crab Claws). Fantastic memories. Great place. Thanks again for your picture.

Regards
