I want to read what everyone is saying. Politics should be verboten on agora ( I would gladly see an interested poster go to USA Today and fight it out with some of the crazies like me on culture, war, politics, religion) but not when it directly affects the stock we are involved with. When it directly affects Patriot, it is critical and must discussed. Wolf's presentation of this article was a thumbs up by me. I think it could be true that liberals could hurt IP but the Supremes, a conservative bench, are not necessarilly in our corner. As I joked about half heartedly, this skeeered me. For example, look at the obvious rule they just set up. It could hurt our cause. They may look at another case this year? What impact will that have? Could that be the reason Jim Turley is considering other avenues?
