It’s been brought to my attention that some Agora members are calling the E.D.Tex Court in trying to find out when Judge Ward will come to a decision, or this or that question? This needs to stop immediately!! federal judge’s rule when they rule, and they don't care about some company's stock price or how its shareholders feel. Some people seem to think that this is the only case Judge Ward has on his docket, or that he needs to be concerned about how our stock price may or may not be affected by what he does or doesn't do. What we want to avoid is multiple calls from shareholders that become irritating to the Court and/or its staff. The Pacers I post is the best way of knowing what’s going on in this litigation. PLEASE DO NOT CALL E.D.TEX FOR INFORMATION. As much as we need to know things let’s not antagonize the court system.   wolfpackvolt
