The I-5 going south was a breeze, but heading North it was a nightmare.

As I look out the window of our hotel, there is bumper to bumper traffic with people leaving the area.

We are right next to the ocean and yet the smell of smoke is heavy.

The wind seems to have died down right here, but when we checked in a half hour ago the wind was blowing like crazy. So much for my HAIR.........just kidding.

I feel for all these people. All the Hotels in the area are PACKED with folks that have been evacuated.

I will report back after the meeting. Hope I'm not the only one in attendance. LOL

Was looking forward to meeting Larry too as I am originally from L.I. too. Maybe next year.
