You're cool with me as mine and a couple others posts tried to suggest...

Re- the fire, if local folks and visitors are seeking refuge in hotels and the winds and unpredictable nature of fire continues tomorrow, seems rather bold to plan to go forward with the mtg tomorrow since the hotel and or authorities could be the one's who could shut it down for safety reasons in the vicinity.
