My guess is they tried for a 'name' CEO.. someone who would have national recognition and respect. My guess is no one wanted to come in here, with all the past dirty laundry, and take a chance on their rep with a neg litigation outcome. So Turley, thankfully was there as a second or third choice.. and thankfully he accepted the challenge. If he and NT & Sweeny, after pos litigation outcome, really try to do whats right, I believe we'll be ok... I also would not be surprised if, after successful litigation, we do see a big national name CEO crowned to lead us in properly spending all our MMP funds
