Well stated.

IMO, Patriot succeeded: they got who they could afford, who would bring the best "credibility" foot forward and retain investor interest - It also helped in appointing Tredennick to the board - Credibility to the the company doubled on a few different platforms.

Nothing new said here, but IMVHO the idea was to have Turley securely captured and in place somewhere in the company (as a CEO for now) until they can clearly define revenue streams going forward (litigation/rulings). That would dictate their next step as a business, the degree of success resulting in either (finally) bringing in top Management talent, or to pursue lesser endeavors. IMO all this acquisition talk is just holding pattern stuff to keep the investor interest positive (no basis for the statement, just popping off).

(BTW, if this were to play out this way, IMO Turley moves to either being CTO or an active BOD member - Big picture/Tech expert is toooo valuable to let get away)

We all talk alot about the MPP, but with every passing day the world focus shifts more and more to Alt.energy/energy conservation. The Ignite chip design offers some interesting alternatives to the right customer who wants to take the risk...If the architecture is put on display with the "right" people/Management representation/professional endoresment behind it... yeah, the MPP is what this company is presently suckling from (and of the most immediate importance), but development of the market for our chip (and un-mothballing of the design, and tools development) is what will propel us.

Through our connections, maybe we can find a few key Java tools developers in some floundering companies willing to make a "transition" at the right time...assuming we continue a positive cash flow ramp.

But we still have to get past the immediate litigation risks, which is (IMO) the reason no top flight CEO would touch us.

It all takes time....geez.

Regards
