I have to agree with head22..... most of the time reverse splits are done on stock prices that are declining to keep a company in compliance with listing requirements... or companies who are founding the company with share sales,,,, you must look @ why the company is doing the RS.... In this case getting put on a major exchange (if we win) would attract more investors than would sell because of the RS...... I agree in most cases RS fail....
