Also does not know his ar42e from his elbow when it comes to valuation so I'm not sure I want him plunking down 20 million dollars for 19.75 million of goodwill and a work in  progress tech design either.

Best thing to do with the money is use it to buy convertible bonds like S/L did and then take advantage of the other shareholders.
