Yup, Transmeta did good witrh their settlement and royalties. Some ask "could this happen for us?". Some respond with "they only have a 10M share float".
Now I KNOW nuttin' about the Transmeta patent Intel infringed, or if Intel was the only company they pursued, but here IMO lies a probable huge difference - in our favor for far exceeding Transmeta's results: How many companies has Transmeta put on notice? Was the settlement with Intel IT?
We had, per TPL, 485 companies on notice. 24 have settled. Three are in court. Gosh, that only leaves 458 companies yet to be tapped. 458! And, absolutely, once the litigation (settlement) is complete, in our favor, the licensees should come at a much faster clip. Like potential investors in PTSC, investors in the MMP are awaiting a litigation result. And the license fees should be way higher than anything we've experienced, IMO.
Just thought I'd point this stuff out.
Look out, two more posts coming from me....
'Cuz I KNOW nuttin'!
