You are correct, and they probably haven't stopped.  But what you missed was the word "verve".  IMO, they should be whole lot more aggressive in the buy-back endeavor.  Look at the share price.  Look at the volume.  Does it look like PTSC or anyone is buying with verve?  Does it look like there is a lot of demand for PTSC?  Some big time buying by PTSC could create demand, a lot more volume, a rising PPS, and a higher base.
