Ilike your Scenarios and appreciate your posts very much! It is probably likely that JW will issue his findings on a number of motions soon and therefore " in the next few weeks" is realistic seeing that the numbers are most likely on the table between the parties. The days seem to be getting longer and they are supposed to be getting shorter!!! LOL
