I completely concur with the R/S fears and that's why I'm typically a staunch opponent. I'm not confident that $5 is reachable even with court or settlement in the $250K range. I think $1 to $2 is realistic. The ONLY way and R/S can work is with serious support before, during and after, AND with a significant positive event afterward as well, in my opinion. I think PTSC needs to get off the BB, AND get stability through institutional ownership to accomplish its long term goals. I don't know that that can happen strictly on license revenues unless there is a significant settlement/court action AND license fees become recurring or signings regular.
