"Defendants Toshiba America, Inc., Toshiba America Electronic Components,Inc., Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., Toshiba America Consumer Products, LLC Toshiba Corporation (“Toshiba”) provides this notice that they served their sixth supplemental disclosures pursuant to the Court’s Discovery Order and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(l)on October 24, 2007."

Would anyone be so kind to explain what it means to be served a sixth supplemental disclosure?
