The biggest issue for shareholders seems to be with share price and second stream of revenue. Some feel Turley hasn't done enough.

I think the share price and second revenue stream directly correlate. As far as Turley is concerned, he seems to be getting the word out about Patriot to the best of his ability. He has controlled share price. Not by bringing it way up, but by maintaining the existing low levels. How low would sp be if Patriot didn't buy back so many shares recently?

Turley was on the board during the dividend era. We would have been in a much better position for MA with that money in the bank. However, changing the dividend policy was one of Turley's first acts once he became CEO. There is no reason to look back and say what if. Let's react if current decisions or policy seem foolish. So far things look on track.

Yes, all know it comes down to the litigation. That is no surprise. The board, under Turley's direction, will be able to implement a real plan when money comes our way. I am happy that Turley hasn't acted in haste to buy or merge with a company, with limited funds, just to give the perception that he is really doing something. I would like to see a well thought out plan unfold after a victory.
