Where is the patriotism?

Things would be different (attitudes, share price etc) if there wasn't a pending trial hovering over the stock canceling out all the positive news the stock/company has had. 

I cancel out all the bad stuff buy thinking about how bright the future is going to be.

The important thing is that the company is in better shape then it was even 3 months ago and the future looks bright.
