In the spring we were told we could survive a poor Markman.. not a lose in this litigation. The two are different..
I believe Mr Pohl was using a bit of 'CEO speak' when stating that opinion of the Markman (just as I believe you can apply it to Mr Pohl's "perplexing" reply when asked why the share price was faltering despite siccessful MMP licensing... as Swartz dumped warrants) not many around here bought it anyway..
Thankfully, we basically carried the Markman regarding '336 & '148, so we didn't have to see if Pohl was right or not..
Hopefully Swartz can sell his remaining shares as we climb up to $1 $2 $3 $4.....
