I used to teach a Meditation class and the first thing I did was give everyone Permission to leave their stress at the door for one hour.
It was amazing to see how people cried, slept, smiled (whatever they needed to do) just by giving them this "permission"
Deep breath in............let it out slowly. Again............now Again.
So many wonderful people on this board. The only thing we can change is our OWN attitudes........so let's keep it Positive.
Way better then dumping and complaining. So much more I could say but many here "get it"
