Yes.  The truth and forthrightness from a CEO is ALWAYS the best.  Unfortunately, my exprerience is that it is always the least adhered to prinicple.  So from that respect, I support you pointing it out completely.  Honest and forthright - Got that Mr. Turley?!  More simply put.....Why lie when the truth will do?
