Days.............So if PTSC had a deal i would think that it may hinge on the EDOT...............We are coming in with our monies to recue another co, but the deal can not go down because the other co will not comit until we win..................That would be my take........

This other co is looking for a life raft and we might too if we lost.............If we win, then M&A should be easier/like in take our pick.............
