I agree with the idea that a merger, with an infringer, has great potential. It would allow us to get more for the money.

However, I wonder if we merge with an infringing company, if we'd owe TPL some money.

Hypothetically, if TPL merged with a large company (infringer), I would hope we would benefit as well.
