THAT was one of the most negative, and completely wrong posts I've ever read.  Ignore reality, ignore the facts, and spew this crap.

95% settle before trial.  The "Where We're At" reality of the situation.  A Master Agreement in place between PTSC and TPL. 

And if you're going to go that far "out there", why not suggest PTSC sue TPL for full rights - would that sound too positive?  I do recognize you suggest that PTSC win the trial and appeals, but that process alone is enough to give most people the willies.

You've just shown your true colors, IMO.  Sorry.
