One of the reasons I do not plan on selling after a ruling or judgement in our favor is because, like SGE believes, we should see plenty of signings for lots of money.  Once the patents are validated, companies will have to sign on with us.  450 companies owing money.  What potential!  Few will want to incur legal fees fighting a battle that was already lossed by the J's.

Hopefully, the 584 will open additional doors if an appeal is won.

Hopefully JT will put the money to good use, grow it.  But even if he is not successful right away.  The next years should be fruitful with liscences.

My question:  If we win the trial and the J's appeal, how long does that process take (approximately)?Do we keep the money and give it back if we lose the appeal (doubtful)?  Is there a penalty for taking us to court again if they lose?  Otherwise, why not appeal?  Nothing to lose, except legal costs?

Lots of what if's.  If I am getting ahead of myself, feel free to tell me so.

I do understand why JT hasn't addressed all of the what if's presented to him.  While it is good to be prepared, I don't think it is a good idea for our small Patriot staff to expend the energy thinking about dooms day senarios.  We all know it could possibly happen.  Would you believe him if he reiterated what Pohl said about how we could survive the litigation going the other way.  Had previous groups saved for the rainy day, maybe.  Since they didn't, I am doubtful.

I am positive about the situation or I wouldn't be here.  Let it happen already.
